to the Realms of Ghamede!
The
Realms of
Ghamede is a NeverWinter Nights Persistent World where role-play is not
only encouraged, it's rewarded. RoG is not set in any
specific D&D or NWN pre-established realms. The
background, histories, and events are created from the sometimes(often)
twisted minds of the creators and/or a combination of various sources,
including some material similar to other fantasy based RPGs.
Much
about this world will be different than others. For
example,
there are no Drow creatures or characters in RoG. These have
been
replaced by a creamy grey elf with black or brown hair and cat-like
yellow eyes, known as the Marikai.
RoG is
currently in CLOSED BETA
STAGE
as the rebuild is being conducted. We've come to the realization that
NWN2 is not going to be RoG friendly for a while. Being so limited in
exterior areas would kill the depth of RoG. So...we've decided to
revert back to NWN1 for now.
The forums are cleaned back up and accessible to the public again.
We are accepting staff applications, now. If you would like to volunteer
for a staff position, please PM OnyxEye via the forums. You can visit our Staff
Openings page for the currently available positions.
We are now actively seeking staff members. We are approaching the building milestone to go open beta, but we need DMs and more people to assist with building and/or scripting.
The 1.69 patch is almost ready for final release. Once that happens, we'll begin working in the patch changes to our files and module. We'll also work in the changes for the newest version of the CEP2 at that time.
Until our files and module are converted to 1.69, it will continue to require version 1.68.
